Ron - I believe that is what the tick box for on the individual event is
for.

Currently, you have the ability to include all events or certain groups of
events in reports. I would like to have the ability to include/exclude
specific individual events rather than groups of events. I am still
struggling with the inclusion of childbirth events in the Individual
narrative report. If I had the ability to exclude specific events, then I
would be able to run a report that includes all events except the childbirth
event.

Hope we can see this option in a near future update.
