I have unconnected siblings appearing on the chart aswell. They
appear to be perfectly normal.

Creating an Everyone chart produces a chart where all siblings of one or
two
people are completely missing from the chart, they are shown on the
family
pages.

Pick a different source person and a son becomes completely unattached
from
his parents and siblings.

Probably something very simple but it's fooling us, any ideas anyone.
