Paul - Yes, these are my observations (based on extremely limited testing
after a couple of days out of town).

Burial event with local site (cemetery name). Sentence: [P] is buried in
Block E [D+L].
Preview: Dimmick Ellington Casper is buried in Block E in Machpelah
Cemetery in Lexington.

Prepositions before both the local site & the city. County & state omitted.
What a keen eye you have!

I'll chime in to say that I have noticed this problem as well, but haven't
felt I could get enough information about the circumstances to report it.
Perhaps others could verify if some of my observations agree with what they
are seeing:

1. I believe this problem only shows up when the Place starts with a Local
Site.

2. When it happens, I see prepositions before both place levels, i.e., "...
married AT St. John's Episcopal Church IN Columbus."

Hi to all,

This problem is not limited to a Burial Event. I have found it to be
random and inconsistent as you say Kathy. Have noticed it for sometime
but not sure when it started. On Custom Narrative reports I saved that
printed correctly when I originally created them I now have place
levels that should be printing leaving out county or state.
