Hi Dave,
Only if you have Access and when you're not afraid to open and make changes
in your database in that program. You can ofcourse use a copy of the
database for this and not your original file when you don't want the changes
to be permanent.
Open the (copy of your) database in Access (File > Open > make sure to set
filetype to "All" to be able to search for a gdb-file)
Open the table "Families". The value for Partners is stored in the field
"Flags". The value for a partner-flag is 1.
This field however also contains the values for the flags Private and
Exclude. That means that you have to increase existing values in that field
with 1, except the familyrecords that are already have the partner-flag set.
Possible values for this field are:
No Flags set0
PARTNERS1
PRIVATE2
PARTNERS + PRIVATE3
EXCLUDE4
EXCL + PARTNERS5
EXCL + PRIVATE6
EXCL + PARTN+ PRIV7
This leads to the following possible replacements:
0 > 1
2 > 3
4 > 5
6 > 7
