Hi Carol,

Which country are you referring too?

Looking at the wikipedia-entry for District
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/District), there are quite a few differences
in the administrative positions of districts but all of them seem to be more
or less like counties. I think I would tend to label them as a
county/parish.
