Subject: [GENBOX] New individuals dialog confusion

I've been confused on this behavior for some time now. Hoping some
merciful sould can enlighten me.

Sometimes when entering the name of a new individual GB displays a
dialog box, while sometimes it just seems to silently add the
individual. For example, from the Summary tab of an individual I just
added the name of the father and mother; after typing the father's name
and hitting tab, GB just silently added the father and advanced to the
mother's field. But after typing the mother's name and hitting tab, GB
displayed the "no matches found" dialog with the option to "Add New". As
I test, I then double-clicked the newly-added mother to bring up her
summary, entered her mother and this time got no dialog.
