You're right-- a page isn't a source; the church book is the source. If
your source were a history book, you wouldn't create a separate source
for each page you cite. If you follow E. S. Mills, you cite the
original source fully, then add the microfilm information. As each item
on a roll of film may be an entirely different source (e.g., item 1 is
St. Stanislaus Church in Warsaw and item 2 is St. Waclaw in Krakow),
then it makes sense that each item on a film is a source. Example of a
citation to an item on a film:
Joannes Lenert baptismal record, Liber baptismalis Ecclesiae parochialis
in Schoendorf inceptas Ab Anno 1844 [1844-1895], p. 45, entry 4,
Bistumsarchiv Trier, Trier, Germany, microfilm no. 0556062, item 2,
Family History Library, Salt Lake City, Utah. Hereafter: "Joannes Lenert
baptismal record."
There is more than one way to set this up in Genbox and achieve the same
output; it's a matter of preference as to what you want your GB sources
and source list to look like, so you'll have to play around and find out
what suits you. If you want to follow Mills, you really should wait for
the book before you get too far along and have to change everything
you've done.
Good luck!
