Paul - I do the same when I'm wishy-washy on how a source should be created:
I attach the links and come back later to fix the source formatting. To
trigger a revisit, I put an asterisk before the source name in the name
field. Than way, when I look at the Source Picklist, I can quickly see
which ones need work. If the Picklist is sorted alpha by name, all of these
will float to the top of the list.

Tom,

You bring up a good point that I had forgotten I use. Another advantage to
relying on the template to format your citations comes when I have a new
source that I don't have a clue as to how to format the citation, but I can
go about my business of creating the citation links that the source
supports. Once those are established, I can return at my leisure to format
the template so all of the citations are 'correct,' at least until I change
them again. <g>

The point being: Just because I don't know the correct format, I am not held
back in citing my sources.

Paul
