Subject: [GENBOX] How override punctuation default settings
Date: Sun, 27 Dec 2009 22:46:23 -0700
Hi all:
I'm using editorial brackets to insert an estimate for the date of an
unpublished source that is otherwise undated. The editorial brackets follow
the accepted "no date" abbreviation, "n.d." GenBox apparently interprets
the final punctuation in the abbreviation as a full stop, so the program
then wants to capitalize the first letter of the text in the editorial
brackets.
Is there a technique by which I can override GenBox's effort to capitalize
the lead letter of the text I've entered in editorial brackets? --GJ
