I decided years ago that the best way I could contribute to Genbox in a
positive way was to become a tester for the product.

Since then Bill has resolved 131 issues that I have found. Other beta
testers like Cherie and Geir have similar experiences.

Kathy and Doug, I would like to help you with your issues in terms of
getting them accurately diagnosed and reported on the Genbox beta testers
database. Could you email me a description of each problem together with
screen captures of the report / chart settings for each. A report or chart
snippet (screen capture) highlighting each issue would also be invaluable. I
will then ensure these are recorded and prioritised. Myself / other testers
will then endeavour to reproduce each problem and will let you know the
findings.

I agree with you that it is unacceptable for basic reporting and charting
to still be buggy.

I would like Bill to commit to having ALL known charting and reporting
issues addressed as part of the initial version 4 release.
