When I want to record e-mails into the Correspondence Log in GB, I simply
use the reply feature of Outlook. That way I capture the header info with
sender's name, time, etc. Then I just copy and paste. Works for me.

Hi Roman,

May I respond to your post?

You have two separate comments. The first is 'the Russian interface is quite
difficult.' Do you mean the wording in the interface? Maybe problems with
the translation? If so, perhaps you could offer to look at the Russian
translations for Bill and offer suggestions?

As for Genbox working with Outlook, do you mean some way to add emails
directly to the Correspondence Log? Not a bad idea, however that would mean
additional programming and testing (and which version of Outlook or MS
Office applications could be used with the feature?). Unfortunately, that
would mean further delays with version 4. How about adding your suggestion
to a 'wish list' of features after Bill releases version 4?

Best,

Denise

I am very satisfied with GENBOX (although the Russian interface is quite
difficult). I have a small recommendation- it would be very convenient if it
were to work with outlook in the fourth version.
Roman.
