I didn't realize that I had to manually type the name Sabine Parish into the
Higher Place field. I tried simply entering the Place ID number and that
didn't work. Once I typed it in, the filter worked but what I was doing
before was not working. Thanks, Wim, for showing me the way to do this.

Hi CheriC

The easiest route is creating a Filtered List in the Places View:
View > Places > click on the Filter-button (at the end of the Name box)

Select "Sabine Parish, LA" in the Higher Place-field.
Select "cemetery" in the type-field (when you're sure you've set the type
for all your local places)
Click Update.
Click Set Filter.

Now you'll find an entry for your filtered places-list in List View. You can
use that as a key for a Places report.
