Have you tried doing all of the maintenance options? It seems there is a
gremlin in there. Personally I would run all of the system cleanup stuff as
well.

Subject: [GENBOX] entering even dates problem
I am having a problem getting an event date to be properly
accepted/formatted.
I have attempted to enter a marriage date for a couple in both the
"summary" view and in the "event" view. I gave attempted every date format I
can think of. After I enter the date, which is actually September 26, 1870,
the date displayed will appear as
"between Sep 1870 and 1926"
I have had a similar situation happen on birth dates for several
individuals.
I have deleted the event and re-entered it; deleted it, closed down, and
restarted; and other sequences. It keeps altering the entered date.
Any suggestions?
