Hi all,

Just to satisfy my own curiosity (OK I'm anal). I have been cruising the
other programs and their mailing lists. Seems there is a pattern which I
will try to distill down to it's essence.

"I would like to do this with (fill in the program) and I can't get it
to work the way I want....."

9 out of 10 times the answer to the problems is, "Buy Genbox".

I am wondering if it would be inappropriate to offer this line of help
in the mailing list?
