Hi All,
Greetings from Stroud, New South Wales, Australia. I am currently
researching my Jenkinson Family History and Tree. My ancestors originated
from Hindley, Lancashire and are now spread all around the world.
I have been searching the IGI with quite a great deal of success. However,
I have come upon a slight problem and was hoping that someone might have
access to death records of Hindley.

I am looking for the possible death of a Jane Jenkinson between 25/7/1768
and 1770. She was married to James Jenkinson. They appear to have had only
three chidren, John(born 13/1/1760), Mary (born 28/3/1762) and William
(born 25/7/1768). It appears that James may have then remarried in 1769 to
Margaret Coldwill and had children in 1770, 1772, 1774 and 1781. I am not
certain if this second James Jenkinson is the same as the first, but if
Jane did actually die, then that might answer the question.

Do you think that you might be able to help or point me in the right
direction?
