It's quite easy.

1) Go to your local post office.

2) Get an International Money Order for the amount, in sterling, you
need.

3) Buy a stamp and an envelope.

4) Address the envelope and apply the stamp.

5) Put the International Money Order in the envelope.

6) Mail the envelope.

It's that easy. Only a small fee from the US Postal Service for the
International Money Order. It's the same procedure in most countries
around the world.
