Has anyone come across the SAMUEL families in Llanelly?

I have William SAMUEL born circa 1839, son of Thomas SAMUEL.

William married, on 25 December 1861 at Trinity Chapel Llanelly, Jane
PEREGRIN(E).

William's address is shown on the marriage cert as Capel Newydd,
Llanelly (Trinity Chapel is shown as being Calvanistic Methodist)

Jane's address is shown as Greenfield, Llanelly.

I have been unable to locate a birth cert for William and must assume
that the birth wasn't registered.

There are quite a number of Samuel families in Llanelly at this time
and I would be grateful if anyone could help me pin down William's
family.
