Yes, I have had similar trouble. Just last night I was looking up the parents for one
name in particular on clicking on the name I thought most likely date and area wise it
came up blank so decided to try a few others in nearby areas they came up alright but
then hey presto when I clicked on Back/precedent suddenly the response I'd been
looking for came up. Why it had been blank before I don't know.
I've heard that they are updating at the moment so have put it down to that just hope it
doesn't take too long to settledown.
