Do you get the 'No Matches' result with all searches?
Out of pure curiosity I did a search (as described previously) on your own surname. It came back with the following results:

Pedigree Resource Files: 25+

A total of 9509 records.
The Pedigree Resource Files were shown as "more than 25" but I was unable to access the remainder because the link didn't work.
