Thanks Paul. TBB would have been born c1815 Edinburgh. Don't seem to have
his parents on file, but maybe a possible connection there. Note Blizard
(or any obvious variant spelling) is not in Hanks & Hodges' Dictionary of
Surnames or Reaney's Origin of English Surnames, so must be pretty rare.
