I SUGGEST you go to the site and read all aspects of it carefully
before you make such potentially defamatory statements. In his
introductory message to this list, announcing the new service, Rod
Neep specifically stated that it was Free. He even states in the
message (which you quoted in full) "no pay-per-view subscriptions".

Rod is a well-known member of this list and his Archive CD Books
project is also well-known. I think an apology would be in order.
