What I had in mind were surname lists for families that *originated* in
Britain.
Effectively "one-name" study mailing list.
That still leaves it open for those who have one-name studies covering
the whole world.... (such as the members of the Guild of One-Name
Studies) but only where the family name originated in Britain.....
because this new web site (and its mailing lists) is devoted to
British-Genealogy.
