If you have Photo Shop 5, you probably won't need anything else
in the way of a graphics program.
Although there's nothing wrong with "Irfanview", it's fine for basic
graphics manipulation, I've got a copy myself.
Next step is get hold of an HTML Editor (forget about Notepad)
I've paid for two editors in the past but now prefer the "freebie"
program at : http://freeware.acehtml.com/
Then "steal" the page (use "save page as" command) at :
http://www.ian-stewart.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/a-template.htm
open it in the editor and change the text and colours to suit.
