Subject: Slightly O/T - Similar Birth Certificates

This isn't strictly to do with genealogy but I have looked through the
archives without result and hope someone here can help me.
Is there a way to get some idea of what is on a birth certificate short of
ordering a copy? We previously obtained a copy of my partner's adopted son's
BC after visiting the Family Records Centre but, after looking again at the
records, this time at www.1837online.com noticed an identical Register entry
with a different reference a couple of lines below. Where might this entry
have come from?
