I would suggest that the Farringdon address is in the appropriate vicinity.
But I can't find a reference to a Balls Ct in my detailed map from c. 1900;
however I used to work in the area and remember a number of relics of
little alleyways between the back of the hospital around Bartholomew
Close/Cloth fair and Charterhouse. Some had some funny names. I would be
tempted to look there, as they don't show up on most maps.
