Between 1906 and 1915, Three (yes, THREE) males aged under 16 were married..
The odds that even one has survived (and that his wife has also survived)
are negligible.
In the same time frame 63 males aged 16 and 735 aged 17 married.
Whilst marriage at 14 was possible before 1929, it was VERY rare.
