Bennett Greenspan of FamilyTreeDNA kindly pointed out that his web site has
another chart which might make it easier to visualize how you would pick
people to represent the DNA of your 8 great-grandparents. It's color-coded
and more graphical than my text message. The web chart is horizontal and uses
a different numbering system than the ahnentafel system I used in my message,
but do take a look and see if it clarifies things for you.
