My cousins who are twins had "DNA zygosity testing" that determined
that they are identical twins. Can someone explain how this is done,
or point to a web site?

Just for possible interest: One of the twins (male, age 46) is taller
than the other by an inch or two. The shorter one was a wrestler in
high school, and they theorize that injuries to his joints may have
limited his height.
