Hello everyone!

I am looking at getting a Y chromosone project going for the Kincaid
surname.
When I proposed the idea to the Clan Kincaid web site I got a number of
comments
with quite a bit of concern being given to privacy. I put much thought to
how to
coordinate the project with a big focus on privacy. As a result, I put
together a plan
for our project.

What I would like is your feedback on what I put together since a number of
you are coordinating similar projects. Would you kindly review the
