Peter,

I looked at your privacy page and I think that you need to soft pedal the
privacy concept. Just a paragraph should do it. When I started out I
remember being gung ho on the privacy issue, but as I learned more I tried
to tone it down. For my project the lab gets the sample number and a last
name. There is no way to identify who the person is (unless the participant
mails in their own sample to the lab). These issues we face for y dna
testing just do not rise to the level of privacy issues connected to
employment and medical insurance discrimination based on genetics.
