I think you are observing a one-off type thing. I gave my blood in Tacoma
in February and have never received any e-mail or any other contact related
to this. It must either be some over zealous person at the Church were the
blood was taken or you are coincidentally receiving information for some
reason. I doubt it is a general practice.

If you believe it is as a result of the collection and can identify where
it is coming from, I suggest you send a copy to Ugo at BYU and let him see
if he can't rectify the problem for you.
