I might add to Kristen's excellent description that you may spot your
mutations in a section which starts with 16024[o] or 16024-16089[o] or
something similar. The [o] means that those particular loci were omitted,
that is, not sequenced at all in the original article. It's quite possible
that you would also match those references had they sequenced a longer
section.
