On the Mitochondrial DNA Concordance, click on "A concordance of nucleotide
substitutions in the first and second hypervariable segments of the human
mtDNA control region" There is a table on that page that gives information
on Nucleotide substitutions. Since my mutation sequence matched N1a and that
matches with apache, I thought this might have something to do with it.
