You are a "Special Case" (SC#_) and submitted your blood last March?!
Wow! [Of course, the donors to their world-wide data base project will
never hear from BYU. I'd write (email) Diahan who interfaces with the
SC's and make sure your blood didn't seep through the cracks in the lab
floor or is frozen amongst the ice cubes!
