I also received my matching report from FTDNA, w/ the following surnames:

Rodriguez 
Everidge
Ethridge 
O'Boyle 
Caldwell 
Vincent 
Glen Cook
Jacobs  
Etheridge

Now the Etheridge, Ethridge, Everidge folks all seem to have something to
work with. Rest of us, OTH, don't have a lot of to go on, particularly our
apparent genetic relative Rodriguez!

I also note that, in regard to Duley which Joy reported, I was IIRC, only off
on one locus for that particular name spelling. I had surmized an Irish
origin for my strain of Cook, and that may still work. I've yet to hear from
the other folks listed above.
