No, I didn't get a comparison to other surnames nor did I expect one. I was part of
a BYU special cases investigation which may be viewed at my web site:
http://www.geocities.com/allangleason/index.html
The results from Relative Genetics are a re-do of the blood I gave to BYU. Since I
predate the existence of Rel. Gen. I doubt that they have a database at this point
which would be of interest to me.

I'm sure that especially with Ancestry involved that the database will evolve quite
quickly, but I doubt that there is much of one available right now - after all, a
database requires data.

Orin, Ugo of BYU has already explained until he is blue in the face that the
"project" hopes to use the Ancestry/Rel.Gen. info in the future but since BYU
requires very high quality sources of DNA (blood) they as yet, are not technically
able to use cheek swab "junk" stuff, but that they are working on it. Remember that
they are doing a much more sophisticated survey than simple minded genealogy stuff
which is of secondary interest to them - that and especially money are probably why
they got out of genealogy except for your program and ??.

At any rate, any BYU data will most likely not be used for Rel.Gen./Ancestry's
database since they are technically not connected and as I understand it, BYU will
not retain or publish surname information so obviously it won't fit into anyone's
genealogical database.

PS: Ugo, correct me if I am wrong - I know that you're out there. :>)
