I suspect you're referring to the Atlantic Modal Haplotype (AMH), which I
defined in another message today. Modal is used in its regular statistical
sense of mode, the single most common result, so there's only one mode. Since
your haplotype is so rare in the European databases, we can't really tell you
much about it.
