May have - I know I got an email several weeks ago from a lister who had sent swabs
in and heard nothing from Ancestry and had no idea who to contact to find out. Must
be one of those 'black hole' setups where your money goes in and nothing comes
out. In fact, try contacting a human at most companies. If the information you
want isn't in their FAQ sheet, forget it!

Anyway, rather than be in the middle, I sent a note to Diahan informing her that
Ancestry customers weren't getting any status responses from Ancestry.
