George,

I believe that all Jim was suggesting is that often it is the case that
closely related folks, especially down the same surname or maternal line,
have similar facial characteristics and that it might well be when finding
a match if you can also see an example of the person's features it could
make the alleged relationship a higher probability. I have seen several
Wells families who had some very distinct features to the extent that
distant cousins (didn't know they had any local relatives) going to a place
they had never been before were asked "you are a Wells, aren't you?"

I will give this serious consideration, but I suspect most people would
pass on this if it were available.
