Hi all,
Beth H. passed along the Sizemore Y haplotype to me and I would have to say
that it most likely is of Native American origin. Also, in the FtDNA
database, it is a one-step mutation match with one U.S. Native American, and
a two-step match with a total of 26 other men, all Native American plus 16
Native Siberians (that's 43 close matches all in the right neighborhood).
Looks like the Sizemore family legend is gaining a fair amount of credibility.

Perhaps Donald can get permission to post the results and get other opinions.
