Can someone clarify one thing for me? What exactly is a one step or two step
mutation?

I've seen results where one locus differes by a factor of two. I've also seen
results where two different loci differed by one number. Which is a one step
or two step mutation?

What are the odds of a single mutation changing the results by two, as
opposed to two different mutations on two different loci?

For us to be in harmony, we need to be in tune.
