Your case introduces some subtleties. Remember that Pat {kittyink} was asking
about color codes? Your exact match has the 16519[C] in black. That means
that most researchers didn't cover that region. The classical range for HVR-I
is 16024-16365. So you would be justified in looking at records which have
only 16224[C] and 16311[C], and there are a lot more of those. You could also
look at records starting with 16024[o] or 16024-16089[o] plus your mutations.
The little "o" means that those particular bases were omitted in the research
article, and there's a fair chance that you would match those as well if they
had been sequenced.
