Thanks, Gordon, for the post. Bob Pace asked me to work on a proposal for
this, but I don't want to do it alone. Your're the first to volunteer since
I asked for some help. This should be a group project. I have done a bit
of browsing but my teaching and other things will keep me busy till the
weekend. Meantime, we will see what answers you get. I have some
conclusions and some ideas. I will forward them to you as I come across
them. I don''t want to put everything on Pace-L and clutter up the list.
