Other sides of my Swedish family are also very dark - yet they are from all
areas of Sweden around the central lakes. My maternal grandfather had
bright red hair - pure Swede back as far as I can go.

When I was in Sweden, I noted a lot of very dark Swedes - I really think
the blonde is a myth in many areas of Sweden.
