I asked them to do this as well, but I was making an assumption that it was
simply to make the DNA available for future tests of their own devising.
Would ANCESTRYbyDNA return your DNA to you (or your estate) if you wished to
have some genetic tests performed by another company? The same question
applies to Family Tree DNA.
