I have a question about the mutation calculator, which may have been
answered before, but I don't remember. If two men have a Y-chromosome match
on 24 of 25 markers, but there is a two step difference on the one
nonmatching marker, is that considered one of two mutations? I know the
genetic distance is two in that case, but I was unclear about how that
figured into the mutation calculator.
