Steve's observations about the distributions of haplotypes over diverse
geograghical areas certainly does make one think about the increased
possibilties of Olsons claim. I'm wondering if the answer lies somewhere in the
middle - ie it may be likely that the extent of population movement varied
during different periods of History.
