At first I was feeling a little discouraged reading about the false
negative, false positive readings, etc., but your last sentence has given me
hope. I'm happy to say my gggm's line down to me is strictly
mother-to-daughter.

On the other hand, if your gggm's line down to you is strictly mother-
to-daughter all the way, then you have her very own mitochondrial DNA
within you, and you can test it with complete assurance.
