Just a quick note of clarification: those are the names or labels of the
markers, not the individual's results. An individual's results are numbers,
typically in the 8-25 range, e.g. DYS390=23 means that the individual had 23
repeats for the Short Tandem Repeat marker labelled DYS390. The marker labels
have no intrinsic meaning -- they're more or less in the order of discovery.
Different labs do use different DYS numbers and/or put them in a different
order, so it's important to list both the marker label and the results when
posting to the list.
