Max,

Another idea is to allow the user to turn on or off, for his results, an
optional "Soundex Code" feature in the search and matching process. You
could have a setting in their contact information page which if set by
the individual, would only allow 12 marker matches for surnames which
have the same surname Soundex Code. Just another idea to reduce the
large number of random matches which are occurring with certain
haplotypes. Just trying to help with ideas to him your customers get a
better control on the 12 marker low resolution random match issue.
